I have known Daniel Chambers for the past four years, during his Years 8 – 11 at Huntingtower School. In his Year 8, I taught him Geography and this year he is a member of my Year 11 Accounting class.
Daniel has always been among the very top-scoring students in my classes. He is attentive, thoughtful, and questioning. In particular, and perhaps more than any student I have taught, he will seek clarity by asking very precise questions on any matter about which he in uncertain. Although persistent in his questioning he does so in the polite and genuine manner of a student who really does wish to fully comprehend.
Daniel is also wonderfully well-organised and consistently meets his deadlines. He is ambitious and strives to achieve at the highest possible level. He takes very great care with the quality and presentation of his work. His computer skills are astounding and he combines extraordinary technical abilities with a fine sense of the practicalities of alternative design solutions.
Daniel has shown the ability to work productively as an individual scholar. He has also shown enormous patience and consideration with students who seek his assistance. Finally, he can work co-operatively with students who are at his level of ability.
Daniel should complete a highly successful school career. He is self-disciplined, determined and can be trusted to work with minimum supervision. He carries with him my very best wishes.
