Apologies for the crappy installer, that's what comes stock standard with Visual Studio 2002 and I didn't know NSIS at the time. You may need the .NET framework and a few other things. Running Windows Update (from Internet Explorer) ought to get all the updates you need. If this really, really, really bothers you I can write a new installer (contact me here).

• Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003 or later (NT has not been tested upon).
  The minimum specifications for the computer can be anything as long as the computer can reasonably run the operating system.
• An Internet connection and E-Mail.
  You are going to want to send those encrypted messages to people so you probably need the internet and email. Why the hell am I telling you this on a website on the internet?! :D
