When you buy a licence for FormalTicketer it allows you to install and use as many copies of FormalTicketer as you like inside your organisation.
There are no refunds available, so we have provided a trial version so you can try before you buy. (See 'Downloads' below)

Training
I believe that the Help files that come with FormalTicketer are enough to learn how to use it, if read right through. However, if you have any queries at any point feel free to email me (see here).
If formal training is needed, this may be arranged. However, I don't do this full-time (only in my spare time) and that I may not be available easily. I am happy to take emails and free internet telephone calls (Skype).

The minimum specifications for the computer can be anything as long as the computer can reasonably run the operating system.
If you want to have Multiple Workstations, you will need to have a network configured as well. You will need a web browser (Internet Explorer or another) to view the help.
